It was such a privilege to create Katie and Scott’s wedding cake at Alfreton Hall for them on Friday. The couple got married in Cyprus in April then had a big reception with all their friends and family.
Champagne iced with a pearlesant shimmer, sugar shells, waves and sand. Tiers of rich brandied fruit cake, chocolate mud and zesty lemon & lime.
It was so fun to work on such a unique cake design and Katie must be the most chilled out bride ever! She was more than happy just to let me do my cake thing! Thanks for being so lovely to work with, and to your lovely mum too xx
